Pathetic chat service

Why do you even have a chat service if you are useless? I chatted to Gontse S this morning and he or she is taking their own sweet time replying. I’m asking for assistance for my Wi-Fi to be looked at and this person is either still rolling out of bed or just could care less. Please get someone useful to assist
