Pathetic billing department at Webafrica
I called Webafrica at the end of September to up my line speed from 4mbps too 10mbps which was done within a few days and i was invoiced correctly at the end of September when i received my invoice this month they are still billing me at the rate for a 4mbps line as soon as i received my invoice I emailed them to have it corrected this was on the 25/10/2018 I received an email from them stating that a ticket had been created and someone would contact me within 48hours I have commented on the open ticket twice with no feedback what so ever can someone at Webafrica do something to resolve this issue as i would like to pay my bill before some idiot at Webafrica suspend my account due to non payment.
