PATHETIC APPALLING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was an existing LTE customer, changing over to fibre. I was told by your consultant Iman that i would be credited for the LTE charge and it would be deducted from the fibre charge. This did not happen. I then reversed the debit order while waiting for my refund. I was then told that I was misinformed. I gave up on the refund. My service was then cancelled. You then billed me R3600 which included a fee of R1999 for a router clawback. i called in on the 31/07/2020 and the consultant told me i would need to pay the R3600 to make the service active again and then they will refund me the R1999 since the service was continuing. So i made payment via your website. You then debited my account the next day with the same amount. I reversed the debit order since I already paid via your website. You then kept giving me excuses as to why i was not yet refunded the R1999. At no point was i told about a reconnection fee of R1100. Eventually last week you told me that the router clawback fee is actually for the LTE router. I drop it off at your offices. I am then told to make sure my name is on the refund list for Monday. On Monday I am told you only refund on Wednesdays & Fridays. On Wednesday I am told the refund of R388 has been done. I then ask why is it R388, its supposed to be R1999 because I am paying the prorata installment for August + the september installment at the end of August. The consultant agrees and says oh yes you will be refunded R1999. Yesterday I was only refunded R388. your customer service manager Ga**** today tells me oh no the amount deducted from the refund was the pro-rata and a reconnection fee of R1100. This is the first time i hear of a reconnection fee. The only reason my service had to be reconnected in the first place was because your consultant gave me incorrect information. I have been in contact with you basically everyday, told a different story everyday, never given the correct info, and now you tell me theres nothing you can do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
