Pathetic and useless

Most pathetic service provider ever (if there is service). My fibre was installed on the 23rd of July 2021,and till today (24 August 2021) I still don't have any connection. When you log a fault nobody is able to assist, and when they do try to assist they keep you on the phone for hours, and you must try and be a tech guru for them,when told that I am paying for a service from them, they respond it's not their job!! After 5 attempts for hours on the phone I just gave up. If you do consider them, I really hope you get the service you expect from them! But from my side,VERY useless! Not even speaking of the arrogance on the other side of the phone. Think twice people. In today's life we all need fibre of wi-fi as most of us are working from home during the pandemic,but to wait for more than a month,and still nothing! Now you can't even get another service provider until they release your line on their side! Pathetic...
