Pathetic and dishonest service
I got a promotion stating that I qualify for R19 to cover me for the next 30 days of which I did pay on the 25th May 22. On the 29th May 22 I was assisted via a whatsapp chat box by a lady called Liezel, who assisted me and confirmed that indeed I paid and will be covered for 30 days. To my surprise, this evening I was debited. I WANT MY REFUND
