Pathetic after service

Too be honnest they dont even deserve 1 star, their service is beyond pathetic to say the least. They were quick to get us to take over from the previous tenants, but they can sort out our problems. At first the accounts were wrong now we struggle with service , their dish has come apart from our house, the whole bracket pulled out of the wall, needless to say we struggle with signal now so bad that it is costing us extra money all the time to buy data. Sending emails with photos also dont help! As I got one phone call and after that nothing, dont even respond in my emails. So as per consumer act I can give 20 working days notice and I will find another service provider. And please teach your employees to respond on their emails.
