Pathetic after sales assistance

Two weeks ago my mum got me a wifi router from web africa due to me residing in a compkex with fivre unstallation was to be done. InstallationwS done on Wednesday the 29th of April the installers promised the router would reach me by thursday to date we are still waiting.

We have called webafrica numeroys times we where told due to the excessive amount of deliveries they are back logged this was on monday the 04th of May, yesterday we received a message saying we would receive it testerday, we have tet to receive the router upon a telephonic call today we are transferred to numeroys offices with no Eta or assistance.

As a result we have had to constantly put data onto oyr device so my son can attend zoom merting and do his daily school work.

Webafrica your service is pathettic . Can some fool advise when yhe router will be delivered ????? Th8s waiting period 7s costing me an atm and a leg.
