Pathetic!

Absolutely pathetic service delivery! I have been without a wifi connection for the last 4 days. Due to Covid-19 I currently work from home and now - so this is not helping at all with my situation. I cannot get through to any agent and the whatsapp is a bunch of bs because when you eventually do get through to a agent they end the chat before I can even log a fault. Terrible customer service!!!
