Pathetic

A rating below zero will not be enough for Webafrica. I have been without internet for 7 days. They are quick to take one's money but their after sales support is non existent. It is close to impossible to speak to someone. I am still waiting for someone to call me with a solution. I tried to cancel but they want to charge me a huge cancellation fee for a service that is not working anyway. I will not recommend them to anyone. Definitely not a reputable company.
