Pathetic

Have been fighting with Webafrica for months with no outcome, they are absolutely clueless. They cancel a service that I did not want cancelled, the. Charge me for a the router. When I actually got hold of someone after they sent legal demands, I explained that I do not want to cancel the service, I want to use the router with their service, but they still want to charge for the router. Spoke with a Liora yesterday and was told they would call me back shortly, that was a full day ago. Pathetic service
