Pathethic service

I have been using their fiber services for over a year and it was working fine without problems until 2nd week of December, I then sent a WhatsApp case. I was then told when I get home I must restart and then do the internet speed test, I did that and the connection was still extremely poor, I then logged another case was given a reference and informed me that technicians will be come to fix the issue, the case was closed without being informed. I opened another case still I was not assisted, now I want to cancel, they are telling me I can't I need a whole calendar month but I'm not receiving any service and assistance, but they still want to debit my account. poor and pathetic service. customer
