Paid without any service

I app**** in October. Never received router. In November they deliver. I did payment and service fees was paid. The router was saying connected no internet. I wrie to them almost every week. Nothing happened. In December i canceled they sad i have to give them a month notice. They still deducting. Jan. I thought its canceled. Feb they deduct again without any data. Used. Now they hand me over they said i owe the m for march. These people are grooks. Guys please be. careful when thinking of signing with this webafrica.
