Paid Vumatel and I still have No Fibre installed.

Vumatel took my money and I have received nothing in return.

I purchased Fibre in May 2024. The Vumatel technicians came to my residence and "tried" installing the Fibre connection on the 4th of June 2024. They had no success as they could not locate their OWN connection box. They then logged a ticket to Maintenance/Civil Department to locate the connection Fibre box. Till today, my Fibre has not yet been installed and Webafrica cannot provide me with an eta which is completely unacceptable. I just want my Fibre to be installed ASAP, as I have made payment!
