Paid twice received nothing

I placed an order on 1 April. I'm still waiting for instillation. Phoned yesterday was told my order was cancelled by me which was a lie. I had to replace the order and was told i would not have to pay subcription again and the money was deducted from my account again now. So i paid twice waited 4 months and still absolutley no service.
