Paid for Services that have not been delivered

1 month with no install of fibre, but I have been charged pro rata as well as a full month, which is about R800,00 with no service rendered. You have to speak to a Whatsapp person and there is no voice call centre. What a terrible experience and it is not a lack of trying to communicate with WebAfrica. Just completely useless.
