Paid for non existent UPGRADE

I was on the 20 Gigs package then upgraded to 40 gigs. I got billed for the 40 gigs for the month of June and today is the 14th of June and I'm still on 20gigs. Everytime I call, email or whatsApp the blame is put on Telkom who is the service provider. I have been in communication with webafrica since the 25th of May and still not resolution to date.
