Paid for LTE i never recieved

I have ordered my new lte and did everything, paid, rica etc. This was in November. To date i havent recieved anything . the "call centre are rude and very unhelpfull. I just want my refund and cut all ties with them. they dont get back to me this has now been going on for 2 months. This is daylight *******, *****s, thats what they are. the service is not existing. Just give me my money back and we forget each other exist Gene' Oelofse
