PAID FOR INSTALLATION IN DECEMBER 2021 IT IS NOVEMBER 2022 and I have no fibre installed

The agents here all give you the run around , you enquire or request for assistance and never get it.. I paid for fibre installation in DECEMBER 2021 it’s towards END OF NOVEMBER IVE SPOKEN TO 4 agents alone this month and my matter is nowhere near being resolved
