Paid but no service!#***

My line went down this afternoon and the only place to complain is their bot whch takes forever 6 hours later i still do not have internet despite them saying its active on their side and the bot keeps saying escalating and connecting me to another dept....its now tje weekend and i dont have internet I will ask for credits...hut seeing that they see it as active bet they wont give me credits...this bot is the dumbest system....they only have sales telephone line Unfair .... i am not valued as a client! Will think again when its time for renewal!
