Paid and no show....

I want to move over and upgrade my line. I paid more than a month ago. First it was a mix up with my verification of my adress. Then they just forgot. You cant contact them and there is never a manager to talk to. This company is a **** because you cant phone them to talk to someone. The watsup line is a joke. I would rathere have no fiber than to deal with these clowns.
