Overcharging and Lying.

Every month there is an issue. Especially if you want to move your line. Not only will you be double charged for two months straight, because no one bothered to update your profile on their end. But you will be charged a Clawback fee for installation. But the best is - you will be offered a discount from the consultants on the Whatsapp line, just so you can do the process with them that day, only to get a bill of x3 the amount offered and be told 'they have no right to give you prices'.

In a time that is already so difficult, now we need to deal with people like this.

WebAfrica is exhausting and the majority of their consultants are rude and do not listen to anything you try to say, we, the client, are always wrong.

And the worst part is? They do not care about this review.
