Overcharged, no refund, no human beings to speak to

They dont even qualify for a star. I have the R399 package, its been going off fine for a new months, suddenly my card is debited with R529 a month ago, it takes me 3 days to eventually speak to a human being after holding on the phone for 2hours(no jokes). I was told I upgraded, which never happened, everytime I speak to a different person, they give me a different reason why I "caused" them to deduct more than they are supposed to. I finally get through to a human being, they will refund me, to date, no refund received, new month, same deduction, still waiting to get past the robot so I can speak to a human being. Such poor service, with over 5000 negative reviews, how is this company still in business??????
