Overcharged for services without any result

I contracted Webafrica to handle my Google ads account. It was already set just take over and improve. <br> The did not only not improve it in any way, they charged me R 500,- admin fee to do not sure what.<br> To make matters worse Google has over billed my by R 870,- rands, over the the amount I authorized per month, and now webafrica says is not their doing it was like that. <br> It wasn't I've never paid google a cent more than authorised in all the years with them. <br> <br> Their irresponsible behaviour in spending other peoples money is appalling, and then claiming that they did nothing. If they did nothing why do I have to pay R 500,- admin fee every month to them. TO DO WHAT ...<br> <br> MAYBE SOMEBODY ELSE IS EXPERIENCING THE SAME PROBLEMS WITH THEM <br> <br> If Hellopeter could look into it and advise how to from here I'll appreciate thanks very much <br>
