Overchage

The service from Webafrica used to be exceptional, but it has changed drastically.

I recently canceled one of my services and paid for the router since I did not return it. However, my statement still reflects that I have been charged for the router again, even though I already paid for it.

I contacted your live chat support and was assured that this issue would be rectified and the overcharge removed within 24 hours. It has now been over 72 hours, and the overcharge is still present.

I need to make a payment for my other service, but I cannot proceed until this incorrect amount is removed from my account. Please resolve this issue immediately!!!!!!
