Overbilling enquiry faced with Rudeness, Obfuscation & Lies

WA are overbilling me and have been for a long time. Despite every effort to resolve this, I am still being overbilled. You are forced to use their chat interface as this is a company who do not use phones. You deal with agents who are 1) Rude 2) Obfuscate 3) Outright lie to your face.

A perfect example of a company you should avoid at all cost!

They will probably send a canned message to this complaint as they dont care...
