OVERALL PATHETIC in every aspect of the word

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I signed up for fibre with Webafrica and they sold me a contract with frogfoot. They then contacted me to advise frogfoot does not operate in my area and that the sales team would be in contact to advise a way forward. They contacted me and then offered a contract with Octotel. I've been waiting for installation for 2 weeks now. I made contact via their chat line today, firstly I waited 3 hours for a response from an agent, when I eventually got a response from Geraldo D. he left me unanswered for 20 minutes. Only to be told Octotel also does not operate in my area. When I asked for a refund on the payment I had already made they started transferring me to various departments. An utter waste of time **** poor customer service, ***********, no idea in what areas their own vendors operate.
