Overall just ***

I’ve been with them for a while now and never had a month of full service, always problems, outages and customer service non existent. They refuse to cancel the service or allow you to switch providers. Most recently my internet was off for 5 days, tech cam and fixed it, exactly 1 day later off again and now the 2nd day without connection. I’m losing so much pay because of this…. Now I know why they don’t allow their customers to call in anymore… they are hiding from a lawsuit…. Some of us know about the financial ombudsman though idiots!!!
