Outstanding Service

<br> We are a reseller with Web Africa amongst others. I must in this instance commend Web Africa, and more specifically our account manager Anwar Alexander for exceptional service. From the inception of our dealings with Anwar, the service has been impeccable. His meticulous and efficient handling of our account has really been an eye opener in terms of what service levels from providers should be.<br> <br> We had a new client sign up in the latter part of August. We created the account, but since this account only activated at midnight on the 31st of August, Anwar suggested and committed to staying up until midnight to ensure the password would be created and the account would be active for the client by this morning. True to his word, I received an e-mail at 12:15am in the morning confirming that this had been done. <br> <br> I would like to personally thank Anwar for his outstanding customer service and commitment to the reseller channel. As a company, you have an asset in Anwar, and he should really be commended for his efforts.<br> <br> WELL DONE to Anwar and Web Africa.
