Outstanding Balance Refund

After numerous complaints regarding my ****** money, I finally received a portion. Still monies outstanding. I need this paid back to me asap. Absolutely NO service. They messed up from the beginning after sending photos of the current set up and still took of my full amount when I requested this NOT to happen!

I urgently want the balance sent back!!!
