Outraged

This company doesn’t deserve even one star. I have been trying to cancel our account with them since April. Agents/ bot/ agents/ confirmation via whatsapp saying line is cancelled and yet they continue to debit. This is theft. I have been left no option but to take them to small claims court. How can a company make it impossible for their clients to contact them and even more impossible to cancel an account? Communication proof over months and no way of them resolving this?!!!! I am anticipating a response to this review. Let’s see if it works better than their whatsapp option. Do NOT sign up with this company 😳
