Outages take longer to be resolved

I’ve been really disappointed with Webafrica’s internet connection lately. The network is often unstable, with frequent dropouts and slow speeds that make it hard to stream or work online. Even after resetting and troubleshooting, the connection issues keep coming back. Customer support takes long to respond, and the problem never seems to get properly resolved. Definitely not the reliable service I expected.
