Outages Every Hour

There's Always an Outage with WebAfrica. The reason i got myself UnCapped Fibre was to work in Peace and miniise interruptions hence i opt for Fibre instead of DATA & LTE

But lately i find myself paying for service that are not beneficial to me at all because We bAfrica will be having 4 hour outages whats here use of being on UnCapped WiFi that doesnt work

This is really not on!
