Outage way too long!!!!

We have had outage in Lonehill since Tuesday, 24 February 2024. Almost every single day I have been talking to a different agent, telling me that Vumatel is still busy sorting out the maintenance. I have spent well over R1800 on data just to hotspot using my phone because I work from home. What makes so mad is the fact that WebAfrica went ahead and deducted their money even though I have not had connectivity for almost two weeks. This is beyond infuriating!!!!
