Outage not resolved for two days!

Two days without fibre. This is unfair! We work from home and are losing money. I logged a call did all the trouble shooting and the consultant advised there is an outage in the area but no call was logged with Frogfoot. Another issue is that prices have gone up but the package is advertised at a lower price on the net. A query was logged via the chat on the website no response since then.
