Order Cancelation

I contacted you via WhatsApp last month and requested to cancel my order and everything was confirmed to have been processed but to my surprise you attempted to debit my Nedbank account yesterday morning, I'm incurring unnecessary charges because of your company.

I've re ordered your wifi and gave you a Capitec account number for debit order and due to what has happened I no longer need your service. Please cancel my new order as well.

I'm in contact with Too Much Wifi now.
