Openserve Uncapped 10/10 Mbps Fibre contract

Webafrica is a disgrace and their Openserve Uncapped 10/10 Mbps Fibre contract not what they suposedly advertise! These were the unfortunate surprises I was in for: The installer did not honor any of our appointments and the installation was untidy and unprofessional. When I experienced connectivity problems, the "friendly bot" could not assist and it was IMPOSSIBLE to get any other attention. A day after the installation was done, I received an official surprise notification of a R100/month price increase on my brand new R399/month contract (while the R399 deal continues to be advertised on Webafrica's website!!??) Webafrica is a huge disappointment!!
