I have spend countless hours on hold with the Webafrica call centre and many days trying to get the Webafrica WhatsApp Live Chat to connect me to a Live Chat technician just so I can get help. I've placed line faults only to find out there was no line fault to begin with and I have patiently gone back and forth between the cable service provider and Webafrica, cross questioning both party's stories to get a clear picture of what my actual problem was....

Lazola Nonyukela, a humble support technician, was THE ONLY person who dared to take me through the BASIC troubleshooting protocols to correctly identify the cause for the abysmal line speed I was experiencing.
