Ongoing duplicate debit orders

Webafrica keeps debiting me for a router clawback service I already paid. This has been going on for 3 months where they keep debiting me and making it absolutely impossible for me to contact them in order for this to be resolved.

To date they have ****** R1998 from me and despite having proof of every failed credit note and duplicate debit orders I am still unable to get my money back.
