ONCE AGAIN NO INTERNET !!!!!!

Once again no internet since the 12 March 2020, sent so many tickets and phone calls live chats exactly the fault I had a few weeks ago. No one takes ownership and wants to assist. It's so unfair that one has to pay for services which cannot be used. What does one have to do to get a query resolved ??????? I want this sorted out the exact same problem yet no help
