On the 4th of this this month I reached out to them asking y my account wasn't debited yet, only for Imran to put the phone down while we talk. Today I was disconnected and also billed thrice for one month. I tried to reach out .. I'm on hold since 4pm and it's 19:40.

Hi Liesl,
We understand how frustrating and confusing it must have been to see multiple billing charges and then struggle to get the clarity you needed regarding your account. When you're actively trying to understand what's happening with your billing, receiving timely and clear assistance is important, and we appreciate why this situation has caused concern. We're here to help provide some clarity. Your service was activated on 28 July, after the monthly billing run had already been completed. As a result, the charges for the period from activation in July carried over into the August billing cycle. This meant that the first invoice included both the pro-rata charges for July and the August subscription fee. In addition, Mweb bills one month in advance, which is why a charge for September's service was also generated. We recognise that billing during the first few months of a new service can sometimes be confusing, and we appreciate the opportunity to explain how the charges were app****. Your feedback regarding both the billing clarity and support experience will be shared with our Service Quality Team for review and improvement.
