On hold for 35 minutes

<p>I only spoke to a consultant after 15 minutes on hold, then got promised to be transferred to a manager/superior, and was waiting for another 15 minutes on hold, then the background music dissapeared, and it was completely silent with no one talking back to me on the phone<br /><br />I then proceeded to wait for an extra few minutes to see if someone was actually going to talk back, but sadly to say no one responded.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been waiting for 2 Weeks from WebAfrica to receive information as to whether my order has been processed with OpenServe, i have not received any call backs with regard to an order i CHOSE to take with them.<br /><br />This is absolutely terribble service, well done.</p>
