OMG WebAfrica do you have only one agent working for you?

Extremely frustrating trying to resolve problems. They are great when there isn't a problem but god forbid you should have to contact them to resolve an issue. I "chatted" to them on WhatsApp for 4 hours with no resolution; only with lots and lots of friendly apologies with no resolution. Trying to contact them again and I'm still waiting , an hour and a half later and Willie the Bot is apologising and asking if I'd like to end the conversation. 😡😡😡
