OK SO IM TOTALLY AND UTERLY FED UP WITH WEBAFRICA AND TT CONNECT! My fibre connection was disconnected by TT connect 19 April and with multiple conversations and multiple escalations being sent I still sit without internet and havent been able to work from home as I need to!!!!! I would like to ask that the fibre line not be reconnected and my account be completely canceled with Web Africa! I will rather move to Rain 5G So I save now on cancelation fees and all that ******* because the line has already been disconnected I have also asked for someone from management to contact me and still waiting for them to contact me And as of today I still sot without fibre and no light at the emd of the tunnel
