Most useless internet provider. When you attempt to communicate with about billing or cancellation issues no emails accepted. They refer you to a useless WhatsApp live session. I have communicated with agents Bontle, Dumisa, and when asking for information they just keep you hanging until the automatic system cut-off. I have cancelled the service on the account (Their cancellation policy clearly read one month). Feedback on account reads cancellation period 90 days. Do not trust anything from Webafrica and will ignore further one way only communication via email.
