Octotel and webafrica

I am utterly disgusted at the run around i have been getting from webafrica and octotel. I placed my online order two weeks ago, the router arrived tuesday and no one was sent to instal. I called webafrica and asked for them to send out their installers. They sent out two guys, firstly the guys were not equipped to complete the installation. Did not have half the tools they needed. After installation they left without us being connected as we were promised. I have been debited and no services being rendered. Cant call anyone, beem directed to their whatsapp line with bot assistance. Multiple hours later was told sorry its an octotel issue.
