Nothing good to say!

Wow where does one begin, customer support have been terrible, not to even speak about how long you need to wait to get a response. My MTN LTE have been working fine till approx 8 weeks ago, after that LTE service are constantly down. Made contact with Webafrica support, same ****ty answer everytime "Thank you, escalating with MTN for you" after it seems they have no #@$%*&^ clue whats going on, or how to resolve the problem. This is pathetic to think we are paying for a service you never receive.

I would not recommend them purely based on the ****ty technical support received. Its a pity that 1 star is the lowest rating as they do not deserve to get any.
