Nothing beats their customer service (ABSOLUTE TRASH)

The absolute worst service out there. I honestly don't think there's a service provider out there that can be worse. The agents on the help line have more attitude than they know what to do with. The ISP itself has changed my line THREE times without notifying me and no one can trace it. No refund. No customer service. Honestly flush your money down the drain. Its less aggregation
