Nothando L is the worst customer service agent ever

Your customer service agents are the worst. You guys charged me for Fibre you never installed and have been wasting my time regarding refunding me. Your agent Nothando L is the worst customer agent ever. Kept me on a chat for over two hours while telling me that she is busy with other customers and giving me random answers to my questions. If I could give you a negative 1 star review I would and that agent who wasted my time.
