Not your money but ours!!!!!

I made a payment to this people to the incorrect address for me service and I have been chasing a refund for the past two weeks with nothing refunded to me yet. I then went and made another payment for the correct address which cost me R1600 later and this people is telling me that I will not be refunded. This is the worst ISP. Quick to take your monies but now I have to struggle for a refund.
