Not worth the effert

In May 2015 I called web Africa to arrange web hosting trough them as they are the cheapest on the market.
At first all went well. They arranged for the new telkom line to be installed and was helpfull when I called them.

After the line was installed they they asked for a pro rata payment to activate my account and to use the line.
As soon as i made the payment and they gave me the go ahead I start using my gigs.
June I received a bill from telkom indicating I owe them R448. I sent it through to we Africa as i couldn't understand why I'm billed trouh telkom.
After almost a month waiting for a call from webafrica I received another bill from telkom indicating I owe them R728 now we Africa called me today only to tell me they are not my internet host but telkom is.

When I asked Mujeeb Brey to refund me he say no they will refund my webafrica account??

How can they refund my account if they are not my internet host? For what did I pay R845 to webafrica for the past few months?
Webafrica is full of promises but when it come to service they stand last in line.

I just want all my premiums paid back to me so I can pay my TRUE internet host.
Hello stephan17,

To throw light on this issue, Telkom changed their migration policy as of the 19th of June 2015, therefore this is where this confusion is stemming from.

You are correct in saying that you were supposed to be charged by 1 service provider, but sadly, there was a flaw in migrating your line over to us. Moreover, your line is currently with Telkom at the moment and we've sent you an email to explain this in detail.

Can you please drop our Billing team an email with your banking details so we can process a refund. We're really sorry for this confusion and the inconvenience we've caused you.

We hope that this matter has been resolved to the level of your satisfaction and we would like to encourage you to update this post to reflect this resolution offered.

Regards,
Mkhululi
